Project Title General Landscaping & Lawn Care Countywide Facilities
Description Fulton County, Georgia "County" is seeking bids from qualified bidders to provide general landscaping & lawn care Countywide for its 42 (forty two) library and other facilities located in North Fulton and South Fulton and Special selected facilities located throughout Fulton County. This will include mowing but is not limited to maintenance of ground covers, annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees and irrigation systems. The maintenance shall include but not be limited to application of fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, watering, pruning, weeding, deadheading, replacement planting (as approved by the County), loose trash removal and disposal of, leaf removal, irrigation repair and maintenance. The detailed scope of work and technical specifications are outlined in the Scope of Work, Section 4 of this bid document.
