The Office of the County Manager – under the direction of Zachary Williams – is responsible for the overall administration of all County departments as the combined organization implements the policies of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners.
There are nine distinct divisions in the Office of the County Manager: Â
Administrative Services: Responsible for internal administration of the County Manager's office, providing support to all other divisions.
Boards of Equalization: Provide free appeal hearings to Fulton County property owners regarding property assessments.
Broadcast and Cable: Maintain the County's broadcast facilities (FGTV) and oversee cable franchises within Fulton County.
Chaplain: Conducts services at indigent burials, presents invocations at County meetings, and provides non-denominational counseling to Fulton County employees.
Office of Communications: Provides information to citizens and the media
Customer Service: Assists citizens needing general information, foreign language interpreters, notary services, etc.
Equal Employment Opportunity: Ensures that County Employees are not subject to discriminatory actions.
Housing: Expedites development of low-income housing.
Intergovernmental Affairs: Liaison to State and Federal government bodies. Coordinates all grant activity within County government.
Ryan White Program: Responsible for programs and activities related to Part A of the Ryan White Treatment Modernization Act.
