Description:
This Board was established by the Board of Commissioners at the Recess Meeting on May 16, 1990, Item #90-RCM-421, to render advisory opinions involving pets that have been declared dangerous or potentially dangerous by an animal control officer. This Resolution was written to comply with state legislation requiring the formation of an animal control hearing board.
