Description:
The FRESH (Fulton Roundtable Expanded Service Headquarters) Citizens Advisory Board was established by the Board of Commissioners at the Recess Meeting, September 21, 1994, item #94-RC-450, to review applications, identify potential program sites, and determine funding allocations. The FRESH Citizens Advisory Board was an innovation of the Roundtable on Children under the guidance of Fulton County Commissioner Nancy Boxill. The FRESH Program has been created to expand, enhance, and support existing services of youth activity programs countywide that provide structured educational, recreational, vocational, and health activities for children and youth.
