Description:
During the August 5, 1998 Board of Commissioners Regular Meeting (Item #98-1073), the Board of Commissioners voted to hire an attorney to represent and legally advise the Grievance Review Committee at all grievance proceedings. The attorney will also provide legal assistance when deemed necessary. This board was established by the Board of Commissioners at its Special Meeting on June 4, 1980, to review and make determinations regarding employee grievances, pursuant to Fulton County Procedure #100-24, in the County Procedures Manual.
