Description:
By Act of Legislature, 1987 GA. L. 5460, as amended, the Georgia Legislature enacted the Fulton County Community Improvement Districts Act; and by written consent of the majority of the property owners representing seventy-five percent (75%) of the value of properties within the South Fulton CID district and consented to by the City of Fairburn, Union City, and the Fulton County Board of Commissioners, this board was established by Resolution on March 17, 1999, Item #99-0454.
