Assistant to the County Manager - Dele Lowman

Dele Lowman serves as Assistant to the County Manager.

In this role, Lowman is responsible for oversight of Performance Management, Communications, and Organizational Development. On behalf of the County Manager, she also oversees and coordinates business plan development and implementation for Fulton County agencies, to actualize policies and priorities set by the Board of Commissioners.

Additionally, she will act as the County Manager’s liaison to support service agencies within Fulton County Government, including Finance, General Services, Information Technology, Personnel, and Purchasing.

Initiatives Manager and Special Assistant to the County Administrator for Broward County Government, the second-largest county in Florida.

Prior to joining Broward County, she served in roles with the State of Florida, including positions with the Florida Commission on Human Relations and the Florida Sterling Council, a public/private partnership with the Governor’s Office.

Lowman holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Florida A & M University, and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Baruch College. She is a 2004 graduate of the National Urban Fellows program.
