Voter Confirmation Notices
Voter Confirmation Notices are scheduled to be mailed to Fulton County Voters who meet the following criteria between May 1, 2009 and May 4, 2009.
1. Voter has filed a change of address with the Post Office.
2. Fulton County Registration & Elections has had no contact with the Voter in the past three years.
3. Undeliverable mail has been returned by the Post Office into the State System.
If a Voter meeting the above criteria desires to remain ACTIVE on the voter list, they should verify the information on the confirmation notice and return it in the mail to the address provided.

Prior to voting in an election in Fulton County, you must be a registered voter.
Voter Registration is a county function. Georgia Counties issue voter registration cards after reviewing and processing applications submitted by county citizens who are eligible to be registered voters in the State of Georgia.
Fulton County's Voter Registration Division is committed to ensuring that the registration process is provided to all eligible citizens in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the most efficient, effective and timely manner for Fulton County and it's fourteen municipalities. |

Applications for Absentee Ballots may be received up to 180 days prior to an election. Military and Overseas Voters may apply up to 1460 days in advance (4 years) for ballots through the second General Election. §21-2-219(d). In-person voting at Voter Registration Office sites begins 45 days prior to an election, or 21 days for Municipal Elections. Applications may be one of the following:
