The Fulton County Fire Department dedicates this page to the Life and Sacrifice of Firefighter Felix Roberts who was killed in the line of duty while attempting to save the life of a trapped victim during a tragic fire on the morning of May 28, 2007. May he and all those who went before him never be forgotten.

The Firefighter’s Prayer
When I am called to duty God
wherever flames may rage
give me strength to save a life
whatever be its age

Help me to embrace a little child
before it is too late
or save an older person from
the horror of that fate

Enable me to be alert
to hear the weakest shout
and quickly and efficiently
to put the fire out
