The vision of the Purchasing Department is to insure the integrity of the purchasing process and to insure the fair and equitable treatment of all persons who deal with the Purchasing Department. To foster competition, to maximize to the fullest extent practicable the purchasing value of County funds and to provide safeguards for maintaining the transparency, quality and integrity of the purchasing process.
