Fulton County retirees who are Medicare participants will not need to enroll in Medicare Part D coverage as the pharmacy benefit has been deemed Creditable Coverage. The determination of Creditable Coverage means that Fulton County pharmacy benefit participants may enroll in Medicare Part D at a later time and not be subject to premium surcharges. |
