Joseph Davis is the Director of the Department of Real Estate and Asset Management. Joseph now staffs and directs a group of professionals who manage the real estate portfolio, including the Administrator of Building Construction, HVAC, Central/Greater Fulton Service Areas, Grounds/Pest Control Building Maintenance Managers, Material Management Manager, and Building Services Supervisors. The Department of Real Estate and Asset Management oversees construction, maintenance, repair, replacement and disposal of all real estate, including buildings, landscaping and grounds, and solid waste.

Joe has served in various capacities throughout nearly two decades with Fulton County Government; most recently as the Deputy Director of D.R.E.A.M.'s Asset Management Division and the Administrator of the Building Construction and Jail Services Division. Previously, he served as the Building Operations Manager for the Fulton County Jail where he managed the Jail's operations and maintenance program. He also provided direct oversight for the Jails' federal consent order compliance efforts that involved the federal court-mandated 3-year, $55M Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing modernization and upgrade project.

As a Facilities Management Administrator with over 20 years of experience in the facility services industry, Joe brings a diverse array of facility management experience to the D.R.E.A.M. team. Originally from LaGrange, Ga., he attended Emory University where he studied Political Science and Economics. He is the father of two daughters, and when he's not serving the citizens and staff of Fulton County, he's an avid golfer and motorcycle enthusiast.
