The Fulton County Office of Grants and Community Partnerships
The Office of Grants and Community Partnerships assists in the coordination and development of resources and partnerships through the Community Services Program (CSP), which are designed to support the department's delivery system to educate, advocate and deliver effective services. ¬† CSP replaces the former Fulton Roundtable Expanded Services Headquarters (F.R.E.S.H. Grant), and the ¬†former Human Services Grant program which concluded ¬†on December 31, 2015. ¬†

The Fulton County Department of Housing and Community Development ANNOUNCES THE RELEASE of the 2017 Community Services RFP. ¬† The 2017 Community Services Program RFP was released on Friday, December 2, 2016. ¬†
The Deadline to submit RFP online via Fulton County WebGrants is
Monday, January 9, 2017, 3:00pm ¬†
Agencies interested in submitting an RFP must utilize the Fulton County WebGrants Online application system (http://fultoncountyga.gov/WebGrants). ¬† New agencies must register to use the Fulton WebGrants online system. Currently funded agencies and those who have previously registered will use your existing username and password to log in to Fulton County WebGrants to access the 2017 CSP RFP.
Accessing the RFP via WebGrants:
1. Log into Fulton County WebGrants Online application system http://fultoncountyga.gov/WebGrants
2. Select Funding Opportunities from the Main Menu of WebGrants.
3. Click on 2017 Community Services Program RFP.
4. Review the "Opportunity Details", "Description", and download/print the PDF version of the RFP for your reference.
5. To begin work in the online version of the RFP, select "Start a New Application" at the top of the page.

Please note that we cannot accept additional RSVPs for the December 13th nor the December 14th (formerly Dec. 6th) CSP T.A. workshops due to reaching maximum seating capacity.
Any questions or suggestions regarding this RFP shall be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Department contact person, Mark Hawks,
or fax # 404-335-5040. ¬† Any response made by the County shall be provided in writing to all Proposers by addendum. ¬† No verbal responses shall be authoritative. ¬† The County will not respond to requests, oral or written, received after December 29, 2016 at 11:00am.
