The Community Zoning Board (CZB) is a 7-member board appointed by the Fulton County Board of Commissioners. The CZB is responsible for making recommendations on rezoning and use permit applications for property within unincorporated Fulton County; amendments to the text of the Fulton County Zoning Resolution; and amendments to the text and associated map of the Fulton County Comprehensive Plan.
