How do I get a curb cut permit? |

In order to build a driveway or to gain access from a public street to your property or building structure you must obtain a Curb Cut Permit or a building permit. If your property is not located on a major thoroughfare (GaDOT road), the Department of Environment and Community Development will review and issue a Curb Cut Permit. The cost is $17.50.
