The inspector did not approve my inspection. May I obtain the services of an engineer? |

Yes. However, the engineer must be a participant in the Fulton County Private Inspector's program. That engineer will need to conduct the inspection and then write a letter outlining the corrective action that was taken and why the item now passes. This letter must be addressed and delivered to the inspector who turned the item down in the original inspection. All turned down items must be addressed in detail. If found acceptable, the County inspector will release the inspection.
