You may apply for relief to some of the standards in the Zoning Resolution by requesting a Variance. Variance appeals may be handled administratively, otherwise they go before the Board of Zoning Appeals for a hearing. This package includes the application form, instructions on how to complete this form as well as schedules and deadlines for filing.
