In order to change any of the Conditions of Zoning that apply to your property, you must file a Modification application. The Zoning Modification Package is available at our office at the Fulton County Government Service Center, 5440 Fulton Industrial Boulevard or online on our website www.fultonecd.org.  This package includes the application form, instructions on how to complete this form as well as schedules and deadlines for filing. 

Prior to filing, you are required to meet with a current planner.  Please call 404-612-7800 to schedule an appointment once you have your site plan.  

Once you have filed your application, a current planner will be assigned to your request and will assist you from that point.
