To rezone your property to a different zoning classification, you must obtain a Rezoning Information Package from this department which includes the application for rezoning as well as the instructions for filling out the application. The package also includes a list of other information you must submit. The rezoning process will take approximately 90 days or longer depending on your circumstances and the timing of your request. The information package will include schedules, filing deadlines and the dates of all meetings you must attend. Once you have filed the necessary application, a planner will be assigned to your request and will assist you from that point.
