  1. Wolf Creek Branch Library Groundbreaking
    Wolf Creek Library  

    The community is invited to attend a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Wolf Creek Branch Library on Thursday, May 30 at 11 a.m. The new library will be built on Merk Road. Guests may park at the nearby Wolf Creek Amphitheater and Public Safety Training Facility, located at 3025 Merk Road, College Park, and a shuttle will be available to transport guests to the ceremony.

Comments Sought on Fulton County 2012 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Proposal | Print |

Deadline is 5:00 p.m., Monday, May 14th, 2012 

Fulton County residents are invited to comment on a grant application that will help Fulton pay for activities that prevent and control crime. 

Monday, May 14th, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. is the deadline to submit comments on the Fulton County 2012 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program proposal. JAG helps governments thwart crime by funding local initiatives, technical assistance, training, personnel, equipment, supplies, contractual support, and information systems for criminal justice. 

It is anticipated that this grant application will be placed on the Wednesday, May 2nd, 2012 Board of Commissioners Regular Meeting Agenda.

Fulton County is required by the U.S. Department of Justice-Office of Justice Programs to solicit citizen comments on the JAG proposed projects.
