  1. Fulton Fresh Mobile Farmer’s Market Opens

Nearly three in 10 U.S. adults do not spend time outside on a daily basis and of those who do, almost half spend less than 30 minutes in the fresh air according to a new survey released by the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA).

Fulton County Fire Rescue Advises Residents to Maintain Smoke Alarms | Print |

Working smoke alarms significantly increase chances of surviving a home fire

According to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), almost two-thirds of home fire deaths resulted from fires in properties without working smoke alarms. A properly installed and maintained smoke alarm is the first thing in a home that can alert families to a fire 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
