The 2018 Fulton County Citizens' University (FCCU) is a ten week program that is limited to 30 participants. The program consists of 10 interactive courses presented by Fulton County Department Directors and their Staff.

Classes are held every Thursday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. To graduate, adult students will need to earn a minimum of 200 credits (120 credits for high school students). All Students will earn 20 credits for each class they attend for 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Registration is $40 per person. If a parent takes the class and would like for their High School child(ren) to register in FCCU, class fees will be waived for their child(ren). Registration fees defray the cost of course materials, a class shirt, graduation ceremony and diplomas.

NOTE: The last day for registration is midnight on Friday, August 24, 2018. Persons accepted into the class will be notified prior to the start of class. Classes will begin on (Thursday) September 6, 2018.
Registration fees are only accepted in the form of a check or money order made payable to Fulton County Citizens’ University (FCCU) and mailed to: Department of External Affairs, Attn: Douglass Bell, 141 Pryor Street, Ste. 3090, Atlanta, GA 30303. Please do not send cash. Pre-registration is required.
