The Fulton County Department of Housing and Human Services needs community input on $3,094,895 allocated under the Fulton County Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP3).  The funds are authorized for emergency assistance for redevelopment of abandoned and foreclosed homes and residential properties within the County’s jurisdiction.  They address critical housing needs in the County’s highest risk census tracts because of foreclosures, abandonment and community blight.

Citizens are encouraged to attend and participate in public hearings for the NSP3 Substantial Amendment. Comments expressed by citizens at the hearings will be included in the Amendment and submitted to HUD.  The scheduled public hearings are:
