Job search assistance located in the new Adamsville Regional Health Center
Fulton County citizens seeking employment now have another convenient resource center.Â The Adamsville Workforce Development Resource Center is now open to assist job seekers.Â The office opened following the June 2012 opening of the Adamsville Regional Health Center at 3700 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive in Atlanta.
Fulton County Workforce Development Offices help unemployed citizens to sharpen their interview skills, complete online employment applications and update their resumes.Â Staff members also help to enhance citizensâ€™ ability to obtain new employment through training programs to upgrade their job skills.Â Â Additionally, the Adamsville Office, along with other Workforce Development offices, offers weekly workshops that include:
â€˘Â Information Sessions on Available Services â€“ Mondays at 10am
â€˘Â Resume Writing Techniques â€“ 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at 11am
â€˘Â Basics of Online Job Search â€“ Computer Based InstructionÂ 1st and 3rd Tuesdays at 10am
â€˘Â Effective Job Search Techniques â€“1st and 3rd Wednesdays at 10am
â€˘Â Money Smart Financial Awareness â€“ Thursdays at 11am (free checking account information provided)
