Commissioner Edwards and Chief Jones were joined by business, community and other County leaders for the ceremony. The precinct, set to open its doors before the end of the first quarter in 2015, will be the first Fulton County Police precinct to operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The precinct will open in the old Aaron Rents retail store location at 5539 Old National Highway. The space will house patrol operations, special services, administrative office headquarters and code enforcement. Additional available services will include but are not limited to police reports, accident reports, fingerprinting for gun permits and work permits.
