Fulton County Begins Application Process for Homeless Program Applicants or Project Renewals | Print |

The Fulton County Department of Community Development, as the Collaborative Applicant for the GA-502 Fulton County Continuum of Care (CoC) has released the following Fulton County Application Guidelines and CoC applications for New and Renewal Projects.   Guidelines and Applications are subject to revision upon HUD release of the 2017 CoC Competition Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA).

COC Project Applicationsare due Friday, July 21, 2017 at noon.

 Application submission requirements include the submission of one (1) original and three (3) hard copies of the application no later than 12:00p.m.on Friday, July 21.  Applicants must mail, or hand-deliver applications to the following address:

Fulton County Homeless Services Division

Atlanta, GA 30303

The following organizations are eligible to apply:

  • Local Governments
  • Public Housing Authorities
  • Non-Profit organizations having a 501c3 status with the IRS for a minimum of two (2) years.
