The Department of Public Works offers water customers an incentive to replace their older, inefficient toilets. The program provides $50 and $100 rebates to homeowners who replace existing high-water-use toilets with 1.6 or 1.28-gallon low-flow toilets, respectively. Each qualifying homeowner is allowed a maximum rebate of $200.
