The Fulton County Department of Public Works, Water Services Division wants the public to know that the County has not hired a company known as Aqua Blue to conduct water sample testing.

Reports from Roswell indicate that Aqua Blue has left small jars on residents’ mailboxes asking them to leave a sample of their household water to be tested. Questionnaires were also left with residents requesting personal information that does not have anything to do with water testing.

Residents who provided water samples were later contacted by a company representative and were informed that their water tested “positive” although the representative would not explain what the positive test meant. Instead, the representative requested an appointment to review the test results.
