The Department of Planning & Community Services at 5440 Fulton Industrial Boulevard is open from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Monday through Fridays.  Please note that we do not issue building permits and related permits, nor do we accept applications for zoning, use permits, variances or modifications after 4:00 p.m.
