The Employee/Labor Relations Division (ELRO) is a division within the Personnel Department. ELRO takes a proactive approach to resolving Fulton County Government employees' concerns. Specifically, ELRO conducts mediations, one-on-one meetings with employees, group meetings (round table discussions), Meet & Confer requests from the Board recognized Labor Unions, assist/counsel walk-ins and conduct work environment assessments in order to resolve employee concerns. ELRO serves as an active resource for employees who seek information regarding policies, procedures, etc.

ELRO manages:

• The Federally mandated Commercial Drivers License Program (CDL),
• The Grievance Program,
• Employee Appreciation Events,
• Liaison for EAP for the Mandatory EAP Program, Crisis Counseling and Workplace Training conducted by the EAP.
