The Water Services Division seeks to protect the health, safety and welfare of Fulton County's citizens by providing high quality services related to the delivery of water, the collection of wastewater, and the conveyance of storm water. This mission is accomplished by maintaining a high level of system reliability, ensuring regulatory compliance and advocating fiscal responsibility.

The Water Services Division is comprised of the following two sections:

Technical Services - includes capital improvement projects, Geographic Information System (GIS), design and construction engineering for water & wastewater, and project management.

Operations and Maintenance - responsible for operating and maintaining wastewater collection services to unincorporated and incorporated areas in north Fulton County, unincorporated areas of south Fulton County, in addition to distributing potable and reuse water to areas north of the Chattahoochee River. The Public Education and Outreach Program supports the requirements of the Water Services Division through public education programs and outreach activities.

Water and Sewer Billing - All water and sewer billing is handled by the Department of Finance. The Water & Sewer Billing and Collection Division manages the water and sewer accounts for residents in north Fulton County north of the Chattahoochee River.
