In Fulton County, many streets are maintained by Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). Any development requiring work within the right of way of these streets is required to obtain a GDOT permit. Technical Services staff processes these permits in conjunction with water in North Fulton, in conjunction with sanitary sewer in North and South Fulton, outside of the cities of South Fulton, and with any roadway widening in unincorporated South Fulton. The attached forms cover the information which will be required for a GDOT permit submittal.
