W026 - North Fulton Maintenance and Operations Center (NFMOC)
NFMOC to be built on County property in Alpharetta will consolidate County services for water and sewer system operations and maintenance in one location. This project includes construction of an office building with attached warehouse, new vehicle maintenance shop and vehicle wash bay and associated site work to house NF water and sewer system maintenance staff and equipment and Finance water meter reader personnel.
