On Monday, November 12, 2018 from noon to 4 p.m., Fulton County agencies will partner with The Temple to host a Record Restriction Summit at 1589 Peachtree St NW | Atlanta, GA 30309.

If you have an arrest record, you may be eligible for record restriction.

The Record-Restriction Summit offers a free one-day process to help clear arrests in cases when:

  • You were not convicted or pled no contest
  • You were convicted of certain misdemeanors while under age 21
  • You completed a Pre-Trial Intervention or Diversion Program
  • You Completed a First Offender, Case Sealed Process

Pre-Registration has been extended to Sunday, October 21, 2018. This event is limited to the first 300 registrants.
