How To Dispute A Violation In The Food Service Establishment Program

The following are the means by which clarification of the Chapter 34 Health and Sanitation, Fulton County Code of Ordinances, Article V, entitled “Rules and Regulations Food Service” can be obtained by the food service establishment operators:

• If there is lack of clarity regarding points deducted, the Food Service Establishment representative may request clarification from the Environmental Specialist who is making the inspection;
• The Food Service Establishment representative may seek clarification by contacting the Environmental Health Supervisor or Manager, if not satisfied with the interpretation by the Environmental Specialist;
• The Food Service Establishment representative may contact the Deputy Director of the Department, if satisfactory clarification is not given by the Environmental Health Supervisor or Manager; and
• Fulton County will hold the food service establishment report in pending status until a final determination has been made.
