The Fulton County Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities operates three outpatient Training Centers for adult residents with developmental disabilities, and serves approximately 300 consumers annually.  Our programs are designed to build the skills of our consumers in the areas of social, emotional, physical and intellectual development, all within the framework of the philosophy of normalization.
