The Fulton County Department of Community Development, as the collaborative applicant for the GA-502 Fulton County Continuum of Care (COC), will conduct its 2025 Point in Time (PIT) Count on January 22 in South Fulton. This annual event is part of a nationwide initiative to gather critical data about homelessness.
The PIT Count is essential for understanding homelessness in Fulton County, providing a snapshot of its scale and guiding resource allocation. This data informs policymakers and funders about the number and demographics of those experiencing homelessness.
The Fulton County Continuum of Care (CoC) supports efforts to end homelessness by funding rapid rehousing and promoting access to services. The CoC also works to enhance self-sufficiency for individuals and families on their path to stable housing.
