LaRhonda S. Maiten, who is a psychology and criminal justice graduate, advocate, blogger, self-published author and lifelong student. Born as an army brat in Fort Stewart, Georgia and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. LaRhonda attended Florida State College of Jacksonville and University of North Florida.

I’m a mother to a beautiful teenage daughter, and a basset hound, who both keeps me very busy. I’ve spent the past decade in the legal field as a legal professional, where I discovered my analytical and leadership skills. I’ve also utilized my legal skills while working in the non-profit sector. This is where I blossomed into my passion to serve others while providing solutions. I have worked with domestic violence, substance abuse and sexual assault victims. I’m simply an encourager and servant to those who needs hope and courage to heal for their future.
