Brandee’ Bolton

Brandee’ N. Bolton is the Deputy Victim Witness Advocate over the Special Victims Unit. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Brandee attended Atlanta Public Schools in Fulton County. Brandee’ is a graduate of Atlanta Metropolitan State College in Atlanta, GA where she obtained her Associates in Criminal Justice with Honors. She also obtained her Bachelor of Science at Atlanta Metropolitan State College, graduating Cum Laude. Brandee’ also obtained a Master of Science in Criminal Justice with a Critical Incident Management Specialization from Saint Leo University.

Brandee’ began her career in August 2015 as a Substitute Teacher for the Clayton County School Systems where she was able to engage with youth from the community. She went on to pursue her career in the role of a Victim Witness Advocate with the Fulton County District Attorney Office’s Office in October 2016. She has been a pivotal member of the Division of Victim Services and provides effective services within the community by participating in Outreach Programs. Brandee’ has been employed as a Courtroom Advocate in the Superior Court at Fulton County with cases that are handled in the Trial Division, Major Crimes Division, and Crimes Against Women and Children. Brandee’ was the lead Advocate over the White Collar Crimes Unit from 2018 until 2021. In addition, Brandee’ currently serves as a liaison for the Board of Pardons and Parole in assisting victims with information pertinent to their cases after adjudication.

In 2017, Brandee’ was recognized for her performance and received the Victim Witness Advocate Rookie of the Year Award. In 2019, she received the Victim Witness Advocate Award of Excellence for her continued support and dedication in the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office. Brandee’ is also a member of organizations including Alpha Phi Sigma, a Criminal Justice Honors Society, and the International Association of Emergency Managers.
