Marci Goldman

Chief Senior District Attorney - Juvenile Court

Marci Goldman

Marci Goldman has more than 20 years of experience as a prosecutor and child-advocate attorney. She has dedicated her legal career to serving the citizens of Georgia after graduating from Mercer University School of Law in 1997. She holds a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Business and Public Administration from the University of Arizona.

Her courtroom exposure includes complex felony and misdemeanor cases in Metro Atlanta in superior and state courts. However, she decided to return to her roots in juvenile court when she joined the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office in 2021. She realized this was her passion after spending more than five years as a child-advocate attorney in Gwinnett County, where she fought for the rights of deprived children in state custody.

Now, she devotes her time to prosecuting juvenile delinquency cases and coming up with solutions to making Fulton County safer for children. She strongly supports this office’s efforts to seek restorative justice for juvenile offenders and draws from her experience navigating accountability courts to help implement innovative juvenile programs.
