Early Voting is Now Underway for Congressional District 5 & Senate District 39 Runoff Elections
Early Voting in Fulton County for the special runoff election to fill the Senate District 39 seat will take place on Monday, November 23 to Wednesday, November 25, 2020. There will be 10 Early Voting locations, which will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Fulton County voters will once again have the opportunity to cast their ballot in world-class sports venues for the January 5 Runoff Election. For the first time, voters will have an opportunity to vote at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, in addition to State Farm Arena where more than 40,000 Fulton County voters have already cast their ballots this year.
Fulton County To Begin Risk Limiting Audit for November 3 General Election
Fulton County will conduct a risk limiting audit of the November 3, 2020 General Election, in accordance with guidelines established by the Georgia Secretary of State. The audit will take place in the Georgia World Congress Center, Area B1.
Fulton County Early Voting for the runoff election to fill the 5th Congressional District seat will take place weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. November 9 to November 25, 2020, as well as on Saturday November 21, 2020 during the same hours. Polls will be closed on Wednesday, November 11.
Voters who didn’t vote early or by mail need to remember one important phrase: “Know before you go”. Check your polling place before going to cast your ballot.

The Fulton County Board of Registration & Elections will hold its regular September meeting virtually. Topics of discussion will include preparations for the upcoming September 29 Special Election and other Elections business.

Due to lengthy waiting periods at some locations, the Department of Registration & Elections has made several adjustments. Hours will be expanded so voting will start at 7 a.m. starting Wednesday, May 20. This is two hours earlier than the original time of 9 a.m.
