NOTICE OF RISK LIMITING AUDIT

Pursuant to SEB Rule 183-1-15-.04, a Risk Limiting Audit shall be selected by the Secretary of State for the May 21, 2024 General Primary & Nonpartisan Election. The contest to be audited shall be selected by the Secretary of State and shall be publicly announced and published on the Secretary of State webpage. The Risk Limiting Audit shall be open to the public and will take place at the following location, dates, and hours:

Fulton County Elections Hub & Operations Center
5600 Campbellton Fairburn Road
Union City, GA 30213

Start: Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 10 a.m.
Will continue until completed
Deadline for completion: Friday, May 31, 2024 at 5 p.m.

PUBLIC NOTICE FOR LOGIC & ACCURACY TESTING

Pursuant to O.C.G.A §21-2-374 (b) and O.C.G.A §21-2-379(c) notice is hereby given that the logic and accuracy testing of the voting equipment to be used in the May 21, 2024, General Primary Nonpartisan, and Special Election. L&A Testing will begin at 10 a.m on Monday, April 1, 2024.

L&A will continue daily from approximately 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and will continue day to day until completed. The estimated completion date is May 18, 2024. You may contact our main office number to be advised of any L&A daily time schedule adjustments and/or if L&A has concluded at 404-612-7020.

The testing and equipment storage will be conducted at the:
Fulton County Election Hub and Operation Center (EHOC)
5600 Campbellton Fairburn Road
Fairburn, GA 30213

The logic and accuracy testing process is open to the public.

NOTICE OF CONSOLIDATION

In compliance with the Georgia Election Code Section 21-2-492, notice is hereby given that the computation and canvassing of the returns of votes cast in the May 21, 2024, General Primary and Special Election will be made at the Fulton County Department of Registration and Elections, Election Hub and Operation Center (EHOC) located at 5600 Campbellton Fairburn Road, Fairburn, Georgia, 30213 beginning at 7pm on Election Day, Tuesday, May 21, 2024.

NOTICE TO PROCESS ABSENTEE BALLOTS EARLY

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. §21-2-386(a)(2)(A) notice is hereby given that the processing and scanning of Absentee Ballots for the May 21, 2024, General Primary, Nonpartisan, and Special Election will commence on Monday, May 13, 2024, at 8:30am at the following location:
Fulton County Election Hub and Operations Center
5600 Campbellton Fairburn Road, Fairburn, GA 30213

Early processing will continue daily from approximately 8am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday and will continue day to day until completed. The completion date is May 24, 2024, Friday at 6pm.

Pursuant to O.C.G.A §21-2-386(4) notice is hereby given that early tabulation of Absentee ballots for the May 21, 2024, General Primary and Special Elections will commence at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 and continue until completion at the following location:
