Alpharetta event to bring 150 dogs in search of new families
The first community-wide Super Adopt-a-Thon is coming to Alpharetta from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 15 at Union Hill Park, 1590 Little Pine Trail. Roughly 150 dogs will be available for adoption – FREE!
The Adopt-a-Thon is hosted by LifeLine Animal Project, which operates the Fulton County Animal Services shelter at 1251 Fulton Industrial Blvd. NE under contract. Dogs from the Fulton County shelter will be available along with dogs from the two other shelters LifeLine operates.
Dogs of all ages, sizes and personalities will be there. And all of them will be microchipped, vaccinated, and spayed or neutered – services worth $250 if paid for privately.
