You can make a secure payment online using a Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card, Visa or MasterCard Debit card or e-check. Simply click here. NOTE: To sign up, you will need to use your eight digit customer number and eight digit account number (including leading zeroes).

Automated telephone payment line
Pay your bill anytime using an e-check or debit or credit card by calling 404-612-6830 and selecting option 2. There is no convenience fee for this service.
Self-service payment kiosk
Our self-service payment kiosk is located at 11575 Maxwell Rd., Alpharetta, GA 30009. It can be used Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and on Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Payments can be made by e-check or debit or credit card; this location does not accept cash payments.
Direct payment from a bank account
Complete an ACH application and mail it along with a voided check that displays your account number and your bank's routing number. For additional information, please call 404-612-6830.
