Pet Registration/License

The Fulton County animal ordinance requires all pet owners in Fulton County to license their dogs and cats. Pet owners who do not comply may receive a citation.

Pet License Fees:

	1 Year	3 Year*
Spayed/Neutered Pet	$10	$25
Not spayed/neutered	$25	$60

*requires a 3-year rabies vaccination

$10 late fee if your license is more than 60 days overdue.

How To License Your Pets:

• By Mail - Please print and fill out this Pet Registration Form along with the correct registration fee and a copy of your pet's rabies vaccination certificate and send to:
