Grand Opening for Health and Human Services-North Facility
Fulton County is proud to announce the grand opening of its new $25 million Health & Human Services – North facility in Alpharetta, a milestone in the North Fulton community that brings increased, easier access to northside residents who need health and human services care, support and resources.
Health & Human Services - North is a modern, purpose-designed and all-access facility that consolidates a variety of essential services into one convenient place while centralizing and expanding the county’s health and human services.
The facility houses:
• Fulton County Board of Health: children’s dental, WIC, nursing, women’s health, environmental health and vital records
• Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities: adult behavioral health, child & adolescent behavioral health, Intellectual and Developmental Disability Services for adults, re-entry & diversion services, and opioid use disorder treatment
• Senior Services: Senior Center, adult day health program, and transportation services
• Recovery Treatment Court: group therapy, substance abuse testing and program meetings for defendants enrolled in the Recovery Treatment Court program
• Customer Service Support: complaint monitoring & resolution, translation & accessibility support, A-to-Z service directory, and general inquiries & navigation
