Public Comments
Residents have three options for participating in public comment: in person, virtually via Zoom, or in writing via email.
All virtual public comments and requests to speak in person must be submitted before the clerk sounds the start of the 10 a.m. meeting. During its January 16, 2024, Special Called Meeting, the Board of Commissioners approved a change regarding submission and presentation of all written email comments.
All written email public comments will now be accepted by the Board of Commissioners by the close of business on the Monday before the scheduled meeting. Submitted written email public comments will be provided to each Board Member the following Tuesday. Email public comments will no longer be read during the Board of Commissioners Meetings.
To submit a public comment in writing for the May 7 Board of Commissioners Meeting, residents can email
Public.Comment@fultoncountyga.gov.
