As part of Public Works Week, several facility tours are offered to Fulton County employees and the community. Hear more from Public Works Director David Clark. We're at the Big Creek facility, and we gave a tour of the brand new $350 million facility that we recently just put online within the last six months. This entire project started in 2017; we started construction in 2019. So it's been a long time coming. Last year we opened the plants back in July; that was really just making the transition from the old plants to the new plants.
