The officers, the various departments, they were not aware of the facility. Although there have been outreach efforts to date primarily focused on the city of Atlanta because that's where most of the action is, but the other departments: 15 cities, 15 departments, Georgia State, Atlanta University, Georgia Tech, Marta, they all arrest people. So the problem was they did not know about the diversion center. So this effort is to explain to them that there is such a thing as a diversion center here, and they need to take advantage of it. Once they are informed today, I'm certain that the usage is going to skyrocket.
