The Clerk of Superior & Magistrate Courts hosted the first annual Domestic Violence Awareness event called Dissolving Tears. Hear more from Fulton County Clerk of Courts Ché Alexander. Most of you know I'm a survivor, and I thought it was really, really important that we put the resources, the partners, and different perspectives in one room. That's what we're doing tonight, so I'm so excited. We have a representative from PADV which is Partnership Against Domestic Violence which I happen to be a board member of. We also have a former CEO of a program that talked about prevention and helped families through the situation with the rescue program. We also have our Fulton County Sheriff, my friend, justice partner here to talk about how he supports this initiative. Our guest speaker would be Attorney Precious Anderson who's also a survivor that no one really knows about. So hopefully tonight she'll be able to shed some insight on that.
